Joanie Dodds, runner-up of the reality TV show "America's Next Top Model". who is now singed with Nous Model Management in LA and I Model Management and has been doing well in the runway fashion shows and you will be seeing this 27 year old phenom in future projects.

Whitney, plus size top model

This is an illustration done by me of a young plus size model name Whitney Thompson, who is a size 10 in the fashion industry and is signed with Elite Model Management after winning the TV reality modeling show "America's Next Top Model" cycle 10. this image was made in illustrator and photoshop along with Paint Bitmap. Influenced by Andy Warhol's 1960's pop art that he did for Campbell Soup and the image of Marilyn and of course Elvis. This image has captured the essence of this young 21 year old model phenom . You can find her in the elite webpage on

The ALG Children's Club Center

This image is a billboard I just put together for a children's playhouse for children to see the artworks and enjoy playgrounds and have fun. I put my initials on the balloons that I designed myself. A part f me even though I am a grownup I still have the kid in me.

This was done in a bitmap paint software but I will update it with some new ideas involved for the project that I am working.

Beverly Woo

This is an illustration created by me in 2004 which is an anime influenced illustration that I created with a colleague. The young lady on the left is Beverly Sen Woo, an Asian American female whose parents were mortally wounded in their business, and becomes a crime fighter instead of being a high fashion model . She in turn served in the Navy and met her superior whom she had a child out of wedlock. Several years later she meets her long lost daughter name Ivana who is the young teenager on the right. Ivana is a rebel and very much rough around the edges after being raised practically an orphan. Agent Woo's mission is to go out and clean up the Mob and Corruption inside the actvities of the Vetrini Crime Family led by Bruno Vetrini.
This illustration is the genesis of the book that I am working on and it was done by 8" x 11" inch and was done with mixed media and with different charcoal colors and coloring with Photoshop and with the use of Mossaic Look.

It has been a difficult process in creating new concepts of the Beverly Woo character. I was influenced by Hayao Miyasaki's creation of Spirited Away and the character Karen Sisco which was on ABC TV in 2003. It has influenced me in doing an anime influenced illustration that features a story that I am working on. I will give details in the weeks to come of Beverly Sen Woo

Below is the book cover of Beverly Woo

The book cover is part of the process and I have been working on this project for the past four years though it has been a slow process but I am working on getting it done by the end of the year.

Here is the film that influenced me in doing this project

Skateboard Project 1

This is a skateboard I created in 2003 when I briefly returned to Fashion Institute Of Technology which is a portrait based on my character that I am working on, which I used spray paint and watercolor markers as an advertisement for a skateboard for kids who want to purchase.

The image was also done at 11 x 17" paper board and I still keep my skateboard that I worked on in late 2003.

Fashion Institute Of Technology

As yu can see this is Fashion Institute Of Technology which I attended back in 1996 right until May 1999. I had visited the college on various ocassions and had a great time and so many great memories including the professors I have in the past they were my mentors and I am forever grateful of them .
I had a degree in BFA in College Illustration (Applied Science). I took alot of courses back then. It was tough but it was worth it. My fondest memory was my last semester which professor Hanlon, who at the time was the illustration's department chairperson introduced me to alot of things and I was introduced to the world of computer art and I continued on with Borough Of Manhattan Community College. But nothing can be as great as
F.I.T. it was part of my life and being there was a great learning experience.I had great professors there and I would not stop thinking about my pals as well.

Here is a clip about the institution that I attended which I received my BFA Degree in Illustration (applied science)
